Glossary Of Terms - O

OCCULT: Simply means hidden or more specifically "hidden knowledge".  It is not a negative term, as it has been interpreted over the years.  Knowledge that is occult, or hidden, is information written in code or symbols so that those who would not understand could not access the power found in the occult information and abuse the knowledge.
