REINCARNATION: The principle or Universal Law of Reincarnation means that the soul of a human assumes a new physical body through many lives.  The physical body deteriorates at death and the soul, which has accumulated and recorded all the life experiences, moves on.  After a time of assimilation of these experiences, the soul is ready to assume a new body and learn more about life in the physical such as unconditional love, patience, forgiveness, a giving nature and the brotherhood of mankind.  The body of the next life can be of a different sex so that the soul learns the differences between male and female expression.  The purpose of reincarnation is to give the soul an opportunity to evolve back to the Deity after many lives of experiencing and growing on Earth and in other dimensions between Earth lives.

RELIGION: Generally thought of as a form of worship of the Deity and divided into many different styles and belief systems.  In reality anything can be seen as a "religion" if enough people believe in it and structure their lives around it, such as art, psychology, music or cooking for that matter.  There are recognized World Religions that are each a structured system of beliefs about the creation of the universe and a Supreme Deity.  While metaphysics explores the form of religion, its main purpose is to put you in touch with spirituality, which may or may not exist in religion.  Spirituality is the "spirit" of things, or underlying cause and purpose of humanity and the Deity's interaction with humanity. At it's core, religion is a philosophy with an ethical code attached.

RITUAL: A ceremonial act, especially for religious or sacred purpose
